We operate an appointment-only basis and we will make every effort to see you on time and, except in an unforeseen emergency, guarantee to see you within 15 minutes of your appointment time. A fee will apply unless the practice has at least 48 hours’ notice of an appointment cancellation, and a fee will apply for any missed appointment unless a genuine reason is given.
